• Review meetings following each required design period submittal <br /> 9.3.2 Construction <br /> In addition to the meetings called for under Article 2.7 of the General Conditions, Design-Builder <br /> shall arrange for, organize and conduct the following meetings with the City during construction: <br /> • Weekly construction progress meetings <br /> • Coordination meetings at least 1 week prior to initiating demolition of the East Clearwell roof <br /> • Coordination meetings to discuss watertightness testing <br /> • Coordination meetings to discuss cleaning procedures and coordinate City disinfection <br /> activities. <br /> ARTICLE 10. EXTENDED INTEGRATED ROOF WARRANTY <br /> In addition to the General Warranty required by Article 2,Section 2.9 of the Design-Build Contract, <br /> Design-Builder shall provide a 5-year integrated design,fabrication,and installation warranty for the <br /> East Clearwell roof systems;the Owner may, at its discretion, opt to accept or decline the extended <br /> warranty.
