Testing shall be satisfactorily completed, as agreed to by Owner's Representative, prior to initiating East Clearwell disinfection. ARTICLE 9.SUBMITTALS AND MEETINGS 9.1 Interim Design Submissions At a minimum,the Design-Builder shall submit the following items as part of interim design submissions as described in Article 2.4 of the General Conditions of the Contract. 1. 50%, 90%, and final Construction Documents including design criteria, drawings,and specifications 2. Structural Engineer's Report as required under Article 4,Section 4.4 (with 50%design) 3. Demolition Plans for the East Clearwell roof system 4. Schedule for fabrication and notice to allow Owner's Representative to inspect the fabrication 9.2 Construction Submissions Design-Builder shall provide the following construction submittals at a minimum: 1. Final access plans and construction staging, laydown and stockpile areas 2. Photographs and video documenting existing conditions 3. Survey documenting East Clearwell interior and exterior elevations 4. Construction photographs 5. Factory testing results 6. Erosion control plan 7. Spill Prevention plan 8. Water-tightness Testing Plan required for East Clearwell 9. Clearwell leakage Test Plan required for East Clearwell 10. Clearwell leakage test results 11. Material and product submittals 12. Shop and fabrication drawings 13. Disposal records for contaminated materials, if any 14.
