Testing shall be satisfactorily completed, as agreed to by Owner's Representative, prior to initiating <br /> East Clearwell disinfection. <br /> ARTICLE 9.SUBMITTALS AND MEETINGS <br /> 9.1 Interim Design Submissions <br /> At a minimum,the Design-Builder shall submit the following items as part of interim design <br /> submissions as described in Article 2.4 of the General Conditions of the Contract. <br /> 1. 50%, 90%, and final Construction Documents including design criteria, drawings,and <br /> specifications <br /> 2. Structural Engineer's Report as required under Article 4,Section 4.4 (with 50%design) <br /> 3. Demolition Plans for the East Clearwell roof system <br /> 4. Schedule for fabrication and notice to allow Owner's Representative to inspect the fabrication <br /> 9.2 Construction Submissions <br /> Design-Builder shall provide the following construction submittals at a minimum: <br /> 1. Final access plans and construction staging, laydown and stockpile areas <br /> 2. Photographs and video documenting existing conditions <br /> 3. Survey documenting East Clearwell interior and exterior elevations <br /> 4. Construction photographs <br /> 5. Factory testing results <br /> 6. Erosion control plan <br /> 7. Spill Prevention plan <br /> 8. Water-tightness Testing Plan required for East Clearwell <br /> 9. Clearwell leakage Test Plan required for East Clearwell <br /> 10. Clearwell leakage test results <br /> 11. Material and product submittals <br /> 12. Shop and fabrication drawings <br /> 13. Disposal records for contaminated materials, if any <br /> 14. Record drawings <br /> 9.3 Meetings and Communications <br /> 9.3.1 Design <br /> In addition to the meetings called for under Article 2,Section 2.4 of the General Conditions, Design- <br /> Builder shall arrange for, organize, and conduct the following with the City during design <br /> development: <br /> • Weekly design status updates in writing(via email) <br /> City of Everett January 29,2020 <br /> Water Filtration Plant East Clearwell Roof Replacement DB Project Supplementary Conditions Page 19 <br />
