EVERETT <br /> MOM WASHINGTON <br /> City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization&Program: Dawson Place:Child Advocacy Center Service Coordination <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> Leading twice-monthly Child Advocacy Center management meetings with the five partner agency heads located at Dawson <br /> Place. <br /> Facilitating twice-monthly Multi-Disciplinary Team(MDT)meetings where all the professionals involved in difficult child <br /> abuse cases sit at the same table to share information and formulate a coordinated plan for child safety,case investigation, <br /> case prosecution,and other issues that are unique to each case. <br /> For the purposes of this grant,a unit of service is defined as: <br /> One Hour of Salary and Benefits for the Executive Director of Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center(Lori Vanderburg) <br /> Dawson Place:Child Advocacy Center Service Coordination anticipates this grant will fund a total of 278(Hours)units of <br /> service for 600+(unduplicated count)Everett residents each 12 months(define period—month,quarter,etc.) <br /> Dawson Place:Child Advocacy Center Service Coordination anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2020 through <br /> 12/31/2020, by quarters,will be: <br /> First Qtr.
