Cost also included additional heat trace and insulation <br /> modifications. The electrical conduit that was to penetrate the north side of the roof was also in <br /> conflict with the truss bridge. Additional SS J-boxes and re-routing of conduit to the SW <br /> corner of the utility roof was required. <br /> Exhibit B—Additional Contract Time: <br /> This change order adds 0(zero)working days to the contract. <br /> Exhibit C—Existing and New Bid Item(s) <br /> See attached for new bid item. <br /> Submittals <br /> N/A <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Time and material was tracked by Interwest and Electric West and confirmed by the City of Everett <br /> Inspector and KBA Resident Engineer.
