This plan set includes the same basic <br /> layout and concepts as in 2009,but has significant changes to storm drain components so as to be 2010 COE/2012 DOE <br /> compliant,and also to discharge treated and metered storm water to WSDOT via a stormpipe rather than via a level <br /> spreader: <br /> All comments were addressed in the plan and drainage reports,this is a document form of a response to the comments <br /> contained in the graphic markups and drainage manual markups created by you in May 2009. <br /> The 2009 paper markups and drainage manual contain hand written and numbered responses which are summarized in <br /> this document.
