I have cut and pasted your comments into this letter with our responses <br /> following each item. <br /> In short,we have consulted with an arborist and have routed the storm outfall in accordance with your <br /> comments and per the arborists suggestions. We have also updated our site TESC plans(C2.0 and 2.1)as <br /> well as our storm plans on WSDOT property(C4.0,4.2&4.3), all attached for your consideration. We have <br /> included your WSDOT specific notes,or references to such notes on the sheets noted above. <br /> From Ms. Peters e-mail to Ahmad Wehbe 6/23/2014: <br /> The requirements for the Anthem Storage trenching project will be: <br /> 1) These requirements are according to the 2013 WSDOT Roadside Policy Manual. <br /> Response: <br /> Agreed. We have also added a note to C4.0 to this effect. <br /> 2) No trees shall be removed to accommodate staging, access,or trenching operations. <br /> Response: <br /> We have no desire to remove trees nor to impact the ground any more than necessary. Per our <br /> discussion with you on June 23rd,we have consulted with an arborist on-site who identified the <br /> preferred route on that slope with the intent of preserving trees.
