Apply 3"of compost to the ground surface(tilling into the soil is not required). <br /> b. Plant#1 container salal at 2'o.c.spacing for the area of the slope above the grassed <br /> area. <br /> c. Plant red fescue for the grassed area. <br /> d. Mulch with 3"medium ground bark. <br /> e. Perform plant establishment activities until the salal has grown to 90%cover,including: <br /> i. Watering <br /> ii. Weeding <br /> iii.
