As noted in the keynote 136, there is an ADA shower specification. ADA standard shower details <br /> have also been added to sheet G3o2. <br /> c. Note added to keynote 136 on Alm for GC to provide blocking for grab bars and seat. <br /> 3. The building includes multiple structural modifications, including new headers at the load-bearing wall at the <br /> east Fitness Room exterior wall, exterior wall infills, and closing the roof at the demolished <br /> chimney. Structural plans and details should be provided. <br /> Response: Acknowledged. Structural sheet So.i added to show new details for headers, wall infills, roof infill <br /> and new concrete stairs. <br /> 4. Infills for the roof and exterior walls should be insulated per the WSEC. <br /> Response: Acknowledged. Pergola has been pulled out of the remodel permit set and will be turned in as a <br /> separate permit. <br /> 6. Sheet G200 shows new accessible parking spaces. The minimum dimensions should be specified. Signs <br /> should be provided. At least one space should be designated as van accessible. <br /> Response: Please refer to sheet G3o2 has ADA parking details. Dimensions have been added to architectural <br /> site plan G200 to show compliance. <br /> 7. New Exterior Door 8 on the west side is required to provide an accessible exterior landing based on the <br /> minimum door clearances. <br /> Response: Acknowledged. Concrete stair is to be removed and re-poured to meet the accessible exterior <br /> landing requirements. See added sheet A5o2 for details on landing and handrails, as well as updated sheets <br /> Doio and Aioi. <br /> The following revisions have been made per the owners request, also to be clouded with delta 1. <br /> 1. Safety film that can bond to the existing glazing has been added to the two windows surrounding the new <br /> concrete stairs. See floor plan Aioi, keynote 173. SolarGard Armor 8 Mil Clear Film has been specified, or <br /> approved equal that exceeds the ASTM D483o puncture test for impact and that passes the ANSI Z97.1-2oo9. <br />
