The majority of vehicular traffic
will be from staff and deliveries going to the building. On occasion residents will notice
emergency vehicles being called to the building.
Catholic Housing Services wants to be a good neighbor and will work with future residents to
address behaviors that could have a negative impact on the surrounding community. To enhance
Catholic Housing Services' ability to address those behaviors residents will be asked to sign a
Good Neighbor Policy addendum to their lease agreement. The following provisions will be
outlined in the Good Neighbor Policy addendum and will allow Catholic Housing Services to
respond to unwanted street behaviors as part of a resident's lease agreement:
1. No littering or loitering in the neighborhood.
2. No yelling or fighting on the property, sidewalks or in the neighborhood.
3. No bringing in unauthorized guests through any entry that is not the main entrance.
4. No hassling neighbors, store vendors, etc.
5. No aggressive panhandling in the neighborhood.
6. No purchasing or selling drugs or drug paraphernalia in the neighborhood.
H.
