I have the following comments: • The drainage report appears to be consistent with standards.While there are a few formatting issues I don't think revisions are warranted unless needed to address other comments. • Further information is needed on the plan sheets to identify the stormwater system before the project can be approved. Pipe sizes, materials and inverts need to be identified, as do catch basin sizes. • Identify the pipe on the slope as solid wall HDPE Pipe to ensure that corrugated drain pipe is not used. • Include the required notes for storm drainage plans as provided in Section 4-2.7 of the DCSS somewhere in the drawings. • Identify how the surface mounted pipe will connect to the existing catch basin on the hillside? • The drainage note on sheet 3 of 3 states that the location of the catch basin is taken from Internet records.The existence of this structure and the downstream pipe should be verified before a permit can be issued.The structure doesn't need to be surveyed, but we can't rely on the city GIS system for the existence of this critical element of the project.
