INFORMATIN FOR THE DEVELOPER <br /> Planning Department comments: <br /> 1. If a complete application has not been filed for a building peauiit or equivalent construction <br /> permit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this decision, the permit shall be <br /> deemed terminated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requests an extension in <br /> writing not later than eighteen (18)months from the land use permit date, the Director may grant <br /> a six (6)month extension. <br /> 2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing <br /> Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice. If <br /> you have questions regarding this proposal or if you wish to file an appeal, please contact Grace <br /> Pollard, City of Everett Planning Department, at 425.257.8731. <br /> Public Works comments: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing <br /> site parking layout, landscaping,utilities, storm drainage,temporary construction erosion control, <br /> and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of <br /> these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is <br /> granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties <br /> 3. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code. <br /> 4. Runoff from the downspouts must not affect the surrounding properties. Runoff from the new <br /> garage shall discharge to splash blocks, raingarden or dispersed. Downspout cannot be connected <br /> to side sewer. Downspout runoff should not impact the neighboring properties <br /> 5. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 6. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 8. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 9. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to tracked onto roadway or alley. Keep streets or alley clean during <br /> construction. <br /> 10. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> REVII17-018 <br />
