Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide gravity calculations for double floor joists in the garage that are supporting the <br /> wall and roof of the second floor. <br /> 2. Provide minimum 18"x 24"crawl space access. Show location of access opening on <br /> plans. <br /> 3. Locate foundation vents outside of braced wall panels that use hold down straps. <br /> 4. The plans call out floor trusses and floor joists. Specify the type and model numbers for <br /> the floor trusses (such as 14"Trusjoist 550 at 16"o.c.), and the size, species and grade <br /> of the floor joists. <br /> 5. Provide gravity calculations for the 5-1/8"x 13-1/2"GLB supporting point load from 2nd <br /> floor wall and roof (Garage door header). <br /> 6.
