RES ENTIAL CONSTRUCAN <br /> SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST <br /> PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> /1. Completed Permit Application form <br /> 2. Two (2) complete sets of building plans (1/4" = 1' minimum scale) and One (1) <br /> additional reduced set of plans in 11" x 17" size. Note: Three (3) sets required for <br /> properties located within a historical overlay <br /> A. Three (3) site plans, no larger than 11" x 17" in size. 1"=20' minimum scale; however, <br /> if the parcel is too large to fit on an 11" x 17" then show the entire parcel at 1"=30' <br /> and provide a blow up of the area where the work is occurring at a minimum of <br /> 1"=20' on a separate numbered page. Refer to Sample Residential Site Plan (COE Std <br /> Dwg: 101) <br /> /4. Maximum size of plan sets: 42" long, 30" wide (bound edge), 5/8" thick. All pages in.a <br /> plan set shall be uniformly sized. Number each page consecutively and staple them <br /> Jtogether <br /> 5. Two (2) copies of engineering calculations if required, and one (1) copy of soils or <br /> other reports if required. <br /> IJ <br /> . Plan check fee <br /> . 1 copy of any Land Use decision if applicable. <br /> NOTES: All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming, each page <br /> consecutively numbered and stapled. Any land use review (i.e. nonconforming <br /> certification or variance) if required, must be completed prior to permit submittal. <br /> I.I. <br /> (PLOT) PLAN <br /> f• A site plan is required. See attached site plan checklist and sample drawing. <br /> II./STRUCTURAL PLANS <br /> J. Show all four elevations with roof pitch, materials, finished floor level & plate height(s) <br /> I• Foundation plan (cross section and plan view) showing: rebar placement, slab, <br /> ventilation, access, anchor bolts, sill plate, vapor barrier etc... <br /> J• Floor plans showing: each story or level, all rooms labeled for use, dimensions of <br /> rooms, location of furnace and hot water tank, all plumbing fixtures, multiple studs <br /> and/or posts, window and door sizes <br /> f• Total square footage: living space, garage, covered porches, deck (including stairs) <br /> J• Cross section — exterior(s) — all materials/connections <br /> 1.
