Revisions Response Letter <br /> Owner: Keith & Erica Bjella <br /> Job Address: 1609 5th St. <br /> Plan Check#: C1803-014 <br /> Dear Mr. Heilman, <br /> In response to your requested corrections letter, please find below the requested response letter <br /> showing where each item in the plans is addressed. Also attached are the Two new sets of drawings <br /> reflecting the corrections requested: <br /> Energy Code: <br /> 1. Table R406.2 attached on the following pages of this packet showing each option chosen <br /> to hit compliance. <br /> 2. Page 4 of the plans shows updated callouts for rigid insulation under conditioned spaces <br /> versus unconditioned spaces. Details on Page 5 clarify the thermal break between <br /> conditioned slab and ftg's. <br /> Architectural: <br /> 1. 1St and 2nd floor plans now specify exhaust rates at the range hood, washer room, and all <br /> bathrooms. <br /> 2. All bedrooms now show sliding vents in window frames along with a whole house fan in the <br /> 2nd floor guest bathroom. <br /> 3. All roof projections have been updated to 12" and 18" maximum into the 5-foot setback. <br /> 4. Clarity has been added to page 7 for projections located in the 5-foot setback: Cor-A-Vent <br /> brand "in-vent" roof intake vent strip 36" from edge of eave. <br /> 5. Gable vents removed from elevation drawings within the 5-foot setbacks. <br /> 6. Last page of this packet provides attic ventilation calculations. Update architectural <br /> drawings show added and clarified vents: wall-to-roof vents, ridge vents, etc. <br /> 7. Stub-out#4 rebar added to page 4 foundation plan. 7-13/4 max riser added at exterior <br /> exits. <br /> 8. Height calculations provided on elevations view. Lot is completely flat. Maximum height <br /> shown at 28ft. <br /> 9.
