Revisions are necessary <br />before a permit can be issued. Please provide a response letter with two sets of revised drawings, with <br />areas of revisions clouded on the drawings. Plan review will resume when the requested information is <br />submitted and sufficient detail and information is shown to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br />constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Please plan on inserting the revisions to the two sets submitted at the counter when your representative arrives. If <br />revisions are coming directly from the blue -printer, please make arrangements with them to print two replacement <br />sets, once you have received comments from all departments (IBC Structural, Public Works, Utilities, Planning, and <br />Fire departments). Please check online at everettwa.aov/permits to see the review status of your submittal. <br />I redlined comments on accessible toilet room details on sheet S-12. If the revisions will affect this sheet, please <br />let me know and I will e-mail you those comments, which are minor. <br />Construction <br />1. Please indicate landing dimensions at exterior doors to meet requirements of ICC A117.1-2009 <br />for 18 inch pull side dimension and 60 inch depth, figure 404.2.3.2 (a). <br />2. The drawing should indicate that egress door hardware does not require any special knowledge <br />to operate and readily openable from the egress side, without the use of a key, per IBC section <br />1010.1.9. Alternatively, compliance with IBC section 1010.1.9.3 should be shown on the <br />drawings. <br />3. Please indicate the size of the doors on the drawings, per IBC section 1010.1.1. <br />Energy <br />1. Please summarize energy compliance for this submittal and deferred submittals using the <br />checklist in WSEC C103.2 as a guide for additional information required on the drawings. <br />2. Please identify if the new building will be semi -heated or heated. <br />3. Please indicate the U values of all fenestration to meet energy code requirements, to include man <br />and rolling doors, per WSEC C402.1.4 and C402.4. <br />4. Please include a calculated lighting summary from the forms available on NEEC. NET to verify <br />compliance for the interior lighting power allowances per WSEC table C405.2 (1). <br />0 <br />
