They are the Long Range Plan-Growth <br /> Attachments: option(identified in the City Council adopted Everett Transit long range plan)and the <br /> Professional Services Unified option. This work requires professional services due to two factors. Everett <br /> Agreement Transit does not have"in-house" resources and there is a need to conduct the analysis <br /> Department(s)involved: in an expeditious,yet comprehensive manner. <br /> Administration, Legal,Transit <br /> The objective is to complete the phase two analysis by the end of 2020.
