Renew lighting fixtures to improve lighting if possible without major electrical work <br /> 10. 1st floor single/family restroom: - add waste bin for women's sanitary products <br /> - add baby changing table (wall mounted) <br /> - remove partitions, do not replace <br /> - remove urinal and restore wall <br /> 11.2nd floor men's room: - renew urinal with smaller, more modern design <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> General administrative services to be performed during the Facility Bathroom Improvement project <br /> are: <br /> • Manage project documentation, contract development, and contract compliance <br /> • Manage bid process in coordination with the City and the project architect/engineers, and in <br /> compliance with CBDG requirements <br /> • Facilitate the bid selection process in coordination with the City <br /> • The Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center operations will be open to provide services to child <br /> abuse/neglect victims throughout the project; this will require coordination and communication <br /> between contractors and service providers <br /> • Work directly with project contractor to provide all requested access and information in a <br /> timely manner so that the contractor (sub-contractors) can complete project tasks in an <br /> optimal timeframe. <br /> • Procure funds to cover project expenses not covered by the CDBG funds. <br /> B. National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate subcategory under the National Objective: <br /> Limited Clientele <br /> 03Q - Facilities for Abused and Neglected Children (24 CFR 570.201(c) or 42 USC 5305(a)(2)) <br /> Acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of daycare centers, treatment facilities, or <br /> temporary housing for abused and neglected children. <br />
