Under <br /> the direction of Mayor Cassie Franklin, Chief Dan Templeman commands the Everett Police <br /> Department(EPD)which consists of a staff of 206 commissioned police officers and 44 civilian <br /> support personnel. <br /> As required by the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program solicitation, <br /> the City of Everett is a municipal government that was identified as eligible for funding under <br /> the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 State and Local Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant <br /> (JAG)Program. <br /> The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) identified The City of Everett for an eligible allocation <br /> of$146,699 in the CESF solicitation, found at: <br /> (htt s://b.a.o. . ov/sites/ /files/x ckuh186/files/media/document/ 20-cesf-allocations-wa. df) <br />
