You <br /> � have requested that we explore the subsurface conditions at the site and prepare this report to document <br /> our findings and provide recommendations for site dev�lopment. For the purpose of completing this <br /> I study, we have been provided with an electronic copy of a preliminary site plan for the proposed <br /> development, prepared by Architectural Werks. This plan is titled, "Johnson Veterinary Clinic," and <br /> I dated Jam�ary 9, 2001. We have also been provided with Figure 2 and pages 13 and l4 of a Phase I <br /> Environmental Assessment prepared by Clayton Group Services. The provided portion of the <br /> Environmental Assessment discusses the possibility of underground fiiel storage tanks on the site. <br /> The site is a rectangular-shaped parcel covering approximately 0.95 acres. Site development plans will <br /> � include the construction of a single-story veterinary clinic near the center of the site along with associated <br /> pavement and a detention pond for storm water handliug. Your architect has informed us that the <br /> detention pond shown on the provided site plan is conceptual, and the design of the pond has not been <br /> I Z <br /> � <br />
