Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by endorsement I <br /> 6 as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 9 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1-07.18(5)K.RTF <br /> 12 1-07.18(5)K Professional Liability <br /> 13 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor(s) and/or its design consultant providing construction <br /> 16 management, value engineering, or any other design-related non-construction professional <br /> 17 services shall provide evidence of Professional Liability insurance covering professional errors <br /> 18 and omissions. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Such policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 21 $1,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate <br /> 22 <br /> 23 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work related to pollution <br /> 24 conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall include coverage for Environmental <br /> 25 Professional Liability. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all subsequent renewals, , <br /> 28 shall be no later than the effective date of this Contract. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 1-07.23.GR1 <br /> 31 Public Convenience and Safety <br /> 32 <br /> 33 1-07.23(1).GR1 <br /> 34 Construction Under Traffic <br /> 35 <br /> 36 1-07.23(1),INSTI.GR1 <br /> 37 Section 1-07.23(1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1-07.23(1).OPT2.GR1 <br /> 40 (February 3, 2020) <br /> 41 Work Zone Clear Zone <br /> 42 The Work Zone Clear Zone (WZCZ) applies during working and nonworking hours. <br /> 43 The WZCZ applies only to temporary roadside objects introduced by the <br /> 44 Contractor's operations and does not apply to preexisting conditions or permanent <br /> 45 Work. Those work operations that are actively in progress shall be in accordance <br /> 46 with adopted and approved Traffic Control Plans, and other contract requirements.
