EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Meal Program Coordination in response to COVID -19 <br /> Contractor(Jack Harris,Blue Marble Environmental LLC)will provide the following <br /> services: <br /> Weekly Coordination with Meal Providers: <br /> • Connect with hot meal site leaders -confirm needs and logistics specific to each site such <br /> as # of volunteers, meal distribution times, most needed duties of volunteers (line control, <br /> hand out the sack meal,traffic control of vehicles, making requests to people in line to <br /> please stand 6 feet apart, etc.). <br /> • Gather updates from all meal site leaders about donations and needed supplies, document <br /> information,prepare calendar and brief report. <br /> • Distribute updated calendar of meal-times once per week to City, ECC -JIC, Live Well <br /> Local, and 211 information line. <br /> Sanitation/Best Practices Technical Support: <br /> • Work with meal site providers to identify and ensure safe practices, social distancing, and <br /> sanitation. <br /> • Coordinate needs and arrange related to supplies and sanitation set up for hand washing <br /> and cleaning methods. <br /> Volunteer Recruitment and Coordination: <br /> • Assess and prioritize volunteer needs at the hot meal and pantry sites. <br /> • Communicate volunteer needs to ECC volunteer coordinator and Live Well Local site. <br /> • Work with ECC volunteer coordinator to receive volunteer referrals. Coordinate <br /> volunteers who respond to recruitment effort and direct volunteers to meal site leaders <br /> based on requests for additional volunteer support <br /> • Develop introductory material to help prepare/educate volunteers about their tasks and <br /> safety practices. <br /> Food and fundraising coordination: <br /> • Act as conduit to identify needs, seek funding support and obtain donations on behalf of <br /> each meal site in coordinated,prioritized fashion. <br /> • Act as Liaison with City, ECC, Volunteers of America(VOA)-211 and Food Bank <br /> Coalition and other entities to ensure unified and non-duplicative requests by Hot Meal <br /> Coalition members and other meal sites participating together during COVID-19 <br /> response. <br /> Reporting and Data Collection: <br /> • Obtain meal site data reports on numbers served, document and prepare report to City or <br /> funders as requested. <br /> Page 12 <br /> Three Party Services Agreement <br />
