GeoTest's <br />services took place from May 17, 2017 through February 15, 2018. Our earthwork testing <br />and inspections included the following scope of work: <br />TEST/INSPECTION ITEM <br />REFERENCE <br />Field Density -Moisture Reports FDO01 — <br />• Earthwork —Detention Vault (PW1701- <br />FD006, FD009, & FD016 — FD019 and <br />012) <br />Sieve -Proctor Reports SP001, SP003, & <br />SP004 <br />• Earthwork —Comfort Station (B1701-011) <br />Field Density -Moisture Report FD020 and <br />Sieve -Proctor Report SP002 <br />• Earthwork —Swift Shelter (B1701-021, <br />Field Density -Moisture Reports FD010, & <br />FD013; Soils Observation Report S0004 and <br />B1701-022) <br />Sieve -Proctor Report SP004 <br />All earthwork requiring special inspection for the project to date has been completed. To <br />the best of our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project <br />plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International <br />Building Code or have been accepted by the project team. All related laboratory tests <br />performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the minimum test requirements. <br />This is GeoTest's final earthwork special inspection and testing submittal related to the <br />locations above for the Seaway Transit Center project.
