GeoTest's <br />services took place from July 12, 2017 through September 14, 2017. Our testing and <br />inspections included the following scope of work: <br />TEST/INSPECTION ITEM <br />REFERENCE <br />Reinforced Concrete <br />Concrete Break Reports CB001 - C6009, and <br />,• <br />Inspection Reports IR001 - IR008 <br />• Grouting <br />Grout Break Reports GB001 & GB002 <br />All work requiring special inspection for the detention vault to date has been completed. <br />To the best of our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved <br />project plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the <br />International Building Code. All related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met <br />or exceeded the minimum test requirements. <br />This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing <br />Center Stormwater Detention Vault project.
