This report <br /> presents the results of our analyses and provides recommendations for reinforced Compact Keystone Block and <br /> gravity Standard Keystone Block wall construction. <br /> Review of Sheet C4 "Preliminary Grading, Paving and Storm Drainage Plan"plan prepared by Barghausen dated <br /> June 23,2015, indicates that 3 walls are planned for the project. One is a cut wall located along the west property <br /> line that ranges in height from two to four feet with a 2:1 (Horizontal:Vertical) backsiope and horizontal front <br /> slope. The second is located along the east property line. It is a fill wall and supports the vertical transition <br /> between the drive lane and the wetland buffer. It is approximately two and one-half feet tall and has a horizontal <br /> backsiope and frontslope with utilities approximately eight to ten feet from the back of the wall. The third is <br /> located in the southeast corner of the site. It is a fill wall and supports the vertical grade transition between the <br /> parking area and the wetland buffer.
