A, Everett,WA 98203
PERMIT#: #1808012
Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is in response to the comments received from your office in a letter dated October 1,
2018, regarding TerraPower Phase 2 submittal
Architectural
General:
Comment#1:
It is understood per discussions with the project architect that the design for the area
between Grids E.3-F.6/2.9-4.6 may be revised
Sheet A2.3: Please find architectural and structural documentation for the area
designated as TAT(rooms 127, 128, 129, and partially 130) and located between
Grids E3-F6/2.9-4.6 included with the revised submittal.
As per our email exchange, there may be a need for further equipment installation
on the top of the TAT area. In addition to that, future needs may necessitate using
part of that space as storage. Would that be the case, separate permit will be
applied for. For that reason, and to lower cost of the future possible upgrade, the
structure of the TAT has already been designed for 125 psf live load. Please see
structural drawings and calculations.
Comment#2:
It is understood per discussions with the project architect that multiple additional
mezzanines are planned in the areas currently designated as storage.
Confirmed -TerraPower and Craft will continue working with city of Everett as the
project unfolds.
D Er:ENE:,
2505 Third Avenue, Suite 324 Seattle Washington 98121 Phone: 206.720.7001 F : 26/C7102244018
018
CITY OF EVERETT
Permit Services
