The comments below must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy Conservation (IECC), and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC).
