The <br /> comments below must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address <br /> building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2015 International Building <br /> Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International <br /> Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 <br /> International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy Conservation (IECC), <br /> and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI <br /> A117.1). Federal ADA, FHA, and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing <br /> Accessibility Guidelines, may be more restrictive. References to other design standards include <br /> the current edition. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation should <br /> be submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a.
