w (6) CB 1412-61 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt a Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled "Everett Performing Arts Center Downtown Plaza", Fund 354, Program 036 as established by Ordinance No. 3166-09. (7) CB 1412-62 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt a Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled "Habitat Restoration Project", Fund 354, Program 041 as established by Ordinance No. 3265-12. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Purchase and Sale Agreement with Jeanette Bertrand for the acquisition of property located in 3200 block of Shore Avenue for the Shore Avenue Stormwater Outfall Improvement Project. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Reid Middleton to provide structural engineering services for the Puget Sound Outfall 6 Reroute and 3rd Avenue Detention Retrofit projects in the amount of $30,000. (10) Award construction contract and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with Blackwater Marine, LLC for the Lake Chaplain South Dam Tunnel Decommissioning Project in the amount of $432,237.21, including Washington State sales tax. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with CH2M Hill for the Filter Pilot Study at the Water Filtration Plant for $55,000.00.
