Additional improvements include <br /> associated grading within the fuel queuing area and a modification to the channelization island at the <br /> driveway along 19th Avenue S.E. to accommodate the larger turning radius of vehicles currently using <br /> this driveway. <br /> Enclosed are the following documents for your review and approval: <br /> 1. One (1) completed and signed Public Works Permit Application form <br /> 2. Five (5) full-sized sets of civil grading plans prepared by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, <br /> Inc. dated April 19, 2018,where one (1) set is for routing to the Planning Department <br /> 3. One (1) copy of the Preliminary Stormwater Site Plan prepared by Barghausen Consulting <br /> Engineering, Inc. dated April 19, 2018 <br /> We understand that the payment of permit fees is required upon permit issuance.
