Electronic construction plans were submitted to the City of Everett for the initial submittal. <br /> Revised full-size hard-copy plans must be submitted with the resubmittal documents. <br /> Electronic and half-size plans will not be accepted. <br /> Response: Two (2) complete sets full-size hard-copy of the plans are being resubmitted with updated <br /> resubmittal documents. <br /> 2. The drawing set includes sheets that are part of the shell building set (i.e., City of Everett <br /> Permit No. B1805-010). Duplicated sheets include A1.1, A3.1, and A3.2. These sheets should <br /> be removed from the drawing set for this project. <br /> Response: Sheets A1.1,A3.1 &A3.2 have been removed from Panda's proposed tenant improvement <br /> set. <br /> Fire Protection: <br /> 3. The wall construction behind the Type 1 hoods is gypsum on metal studs and appears to be <br /> faced with stainless steel panels. The panels shall extend at least 18 inches in all directions <br /> from the hood. See the Exception in IMC Section 507.2.6. <br /> Response: The stainless steel panels shall extend at least 18 inches in all directions. See Details 9/A- <br /> 403&6/A-404 for notes added and detail reference shown on Floor Plan Sheet A-103. <br /> 4. Sheet A-105 states that the grease ducts have 1-hour wrap. Detail 5/M-500 specifies 2-hour <br /> wrap. The following comments should be addressed: <br /> a. Sheet A-105 should be revised for consistency with Detail 5/M-500. See IBC Section <br /> 107.2.1. <br /> Response: Sheets A-105 has been revised to be consistent with Detail 5/M-500. See note revised to <br /> specify 2-hour wrap. <br /> b. The wrap in Detail 5/M-500 shall extend at least 18-inches above all combustible materials <br /> (e.g., wood blocking, etc.). See IBC Section 5063.6. <br /> Response: The wrap in Detail 5/M-500 has been revised. <br /> 5. The space is an A-2 occupancy with an occupant load exceeding 49 per the"Building Code <br /> Analysis"Schedule on Sheet G-001. The occupant load shall be posted near the main exit. <br /> See IBC Section 1004.3. <br /> Response: See Sheets A1.0 for Egress Requirements Note.
