• Deck:A structure that is usually made with planks, uncovered and not usually on the front of the building. <br /> Respectfully speaking I cannot find where my second story can't be considered a porch, it certainly attached to the front <br /> and has a solid surface not planking for the floor, it also could be the roof for the lower level porch. In all cases I could <br /> not find a clear rule to disqualify it as a porch.Please explain in more clarity with specific code language as to why I <br /> cannot consider this structure a porch.
