A Construction Stormwater General Permit, administered by the Department of Ecology,will be required for <br /> this project if it will disturb an acre or more of land. Additional information as well as an application form can <br /> be found on the DOE website at: www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/stormwater/construction/ <br /> 3. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) measures for construction activity must be <br /> operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork.An approved TESC plan and SWPPP for this <br /> work is required prior to set-up of TESC measures on-site.All BMPs must comply with City of Everett Design <br /> and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development and the Department of Ecology's BMPs. <br /> 4. Stormwater on the subject property discharges to the City's separated stormwater conveyance system. <br /> Therefore,the applicant must comply with Minimum Requirement#2 for construction stormwater pollution <br /> prevention for this project, including application for a Construction Stormwater General Permit from Ecology if <br /> an acre or more of land will be disturbed during the demolition. <br /> 5. If any construction dewatering is to discharge to the sewer main, a sewer discharge authorization permit <br /> may be required to be obtained from the City's Maintenance Division. Contact Grant Moen at <br /> GMoen@everettwa.gov or 425-257-8947 to obtain a sewer discharge authorization permit. <br /> 6. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 7. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and <br /> street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 8. Ensure that no material or debris from demolition impacts City of Everett roadways. <br /> 9. Any interruption to public right-of-way(roadways, parking lanes, or sidewalks) associated with site <br /> demolition shall require an approved Traffic Control Plan. Contact Traffic Engineering at 425-257-8810 (press <br /> Option 7 for Traffic)to discuss specific requirements for right-of-way closures. <br /> 10. A haul route will be required to be submitted to the City of Everett prior to permit issuance. Contact the <br /> Traffic Engineering Department for Street Use Permits and any required Oversize Load Permits at 425-257-8810 <br /> (press Option 7 for Traffic). <br /> 11. Repair any sidewalk damage caused by the demolition or pre-existing on the project's frontage.Adhere to <br /> current ADA standards for construction and follow the current City of Everett Design and Construction <br /> Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 12.
