If any construction dewatering is to discharge to the sewer main, a sewer discharge authorization permit <br /> may be required to be obtained from the City's Maintenance Division. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 7. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Ensure that no material or debris from demolition impacts City of Everett roadways. <br /> 9. Any interruption to public right-of-way(roadways, parking lanes, or sidewalks) associated with site <br /> demolition shall require an approved Traffic Control Plan. A haul route will be required to be submitted to the City of Everett prior to permit issuance.
