Construction equipment should be turned off when not in use for extended periods of time. <br /> Section 3.7: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 3.7.1 All development in Everett must be in conformance with the requirements of EMC 20.08,the Noise <br /> Control Ordinance. <br /> 3.7.2 The demolition must comply with federal, state, and local regulations in effect at time of application for <br /> permits regarding handling and disposal of hazardous waste. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA conditions but are <br /> associated with implementing the Planned Action and other laws or requirements. All requirements are <br /> preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of <br /> submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete <br /> building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. <br /> Planning Comments—Teresa Weldon 425.257.7281 <br /> 1. Use Puget Sound Clean Air Agency's guidelines to control dust. <br /> Public Works/Engineering Comments—Sabrina Fandler 425.257.7813 <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following conditions <br /> should apply: <br /> 1. Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett <br /> Permit Services. <br /> a) A Demolition Permit for each separate building/structure to be removed will be required to be obtained <br /> from the Permit Counter prior to any demolition work. Demo Permit applications require a site plan indicating <br /> which buildings/structures are being demolished and an Asbestos Abatement report or documentation that <br /> abatement is not required, per the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. <br /> b) All existing water services will need to be disconnected at the meter prior to demolition. <br /> c) For all existing side sewers serving the property, a Utility Permit for Side Sewer Cap-Off must first be <br /> obtained from the Permit Services Counter prior to demolition of the building.Side sewers shall be capped at <br /> the property line of the subject property. <br /> d) A single Public Works Permit is required for the project site. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department,showing any/all utilities revisions (including cap-offs),temporary <br /> construction erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), and any stormwater discharge. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All construction shall be <br /> P3 <br /> Project No.SEPA18-023 <br /> EVERETT <br />
