Construction permits, inspections and final approvals are required for this project from City of Everett <br /> Permit Services. <br /> a) A Demolition Permit for each separate building/structure to be removed will be required to be obtained <br /> from the Permit Counter prior to any demolition work. Demo Permit applications require a site plan indicating <br /> which buildings/structures are being demolished and an Asbestos Abatement report or documentation that <br /> abatement is not required, per the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. <br /> b) All existing water services will need to be disconnected at the meter prior to demolition. <br /> c) For all existing side sewers serving the property, a Utility Permit for Side Sewer Cap-Off must first be <br /> obtained from the Permit Services Counter prior to demolition of the building.Side sewers shall be capped at <br /> the property line of the subject property. <br /> d) A single Public Works Permit is required for the project site. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department,showing any/all utilities revisions (including cap-offs),temporary <br /> construction erosion and sedimentation control (TESC), and any stormwater discharge.
