To rectify this issue the client, Brian Hallgarth, has proposed offsetting <br /> the south addition wall from 21/2" to 311/16" towards the interior of the house in a northerly <br /> direction. The offset difference of the new wall placement from the original drawing set is 13/16". <br /> This office has reviewed the proposed wall offset and resulting difference and deemed it <br /> acceptable per the requirements issued in structural drawings. No additional structural <br /> considerations are deemed necessary for this modification. <br /> Any deviations from the conditions described above shall be reported to the engineer.
