This includes marketing, scheduling, presenting, materials revisions and upkeep, evaluation and program <br /> coordination. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Task 2.1 Surface Water Presentations: $13,785.00 <br /> • Present up to 80 classroom programs <br /> • Send confirmation emails to teachers, approximately one week in advance of all <br /> presentations <br /> • Draft recap emails after each day of presentations, including documentation of student <br /> numbers and giveaways <br /> • Coordinate and train presenters <br /> • Communicate with City program manager as needed via email, phone or in person <br /> Task 2.2 Surface Water Revisions, Materials and Expenses: $2,950 ($1,005 materials) <br /> • Minor updates to all workshop scripts, as needed <br /> • Coordinate with City staff to obtain, sort and distribute student materials <br /> • Maintain all hands-on classroom materials including refurbishing and purchasing new <br /> materials, as needed <br /> • Track mileage, at current IRS rate, for all school travel <br /> Task 2.3 Surface Water Scheduling,Tracking and Evaluation: $2,565 <br /> • Update school and teacher database contact lists and marketing emails <br /> • Send outreach to all eligible teachers and communicating with teachers regarding registration <br /> and scheduling needs <br /> • Update online scheduling platform and coordinate with presenter team <br /> • Send confirmation emails, approximately one week in advance of all presentations <br /> • Database tracking of all teacher and student contacts and submit progress reports to City <br /> monthly <br /> • Administer evaluation process, including printing, distributing and collecting evaluations, and <br /> final reporting (the City is responsible for evaluative data entry) <br /> TASK 3-WASTE WATER/WATER QUALITY PROTECTION <br /> Presentations and Revisions $9,100 <br /> Triangle shall implement the City's wastewater/water quality protection presentations in middle and high <br /> school classrooms in Everett and the Everett School District. These presentations are designed to <br /> provide a basic understanding of the wastewater treatment process and how wastewater impacts water <br /> quality.
