must (1) include the entire month of the Maximum Month Flow as identified by Everett within <br /> the five month period of November through March, (2) be performed with equipment and <br /> devices suitable and appropriate for the measurement of flows at the Connection Points, and (3) <br /> be performed by a qualified party. The District shall promptly provide to Everett the written <br /> results of the flow monitoring study. This Section C does not restrict Everett from undertaking <br /> other flow monitoring studies in addition to the District's flow monitoring studies. If the location <br /> has access to telemetry,both Parties shall have the right to establish a connection to the signal. <br /> 4. DISTRICT CAPACITY RIGHTS <br /> A.
