Foundation details 1/S-4.0, and 1/S-5.0 have been added.
2. The interior backfill height remains at 7'-O" on 3-sides. The rear wall has an 18-inch backfill height.
3. A surcharge pressure of 90 pounds was added to the heel side.
4. The H-1 clip has a lateral capacity of 415 lbs. The diaphragm shear is 54p1f. The roof sheathing is nailed
into the block. The block transfers load to the truss, which transfers load to the H-1 clip. Detail 2/S3.0 is
structurally adequate.
5. The attached calculations show that a 4x 12 PT HF#1 is adequate for load.
6. Detail 3/S-3.0 was not used. There are no holdowns on the upper level.
7. The attached calculation show that(3) 2x6 HF # 2 is adequate for buckeling.
Please contact this office if you have any questions concerning this letter, or for any other. assistance.
Sincerely,
Chris Covington, P.E.
w4.40:„ „7„,
Vt
y . 4; •
i
a
34383
, FClsT oc9
SS`S f0NALG
017
.. _ _ .
60:),
