On Page 11 of that report, we recommended <br /> that "Stability of slope can be further enhanced by clearing the lower 15 feet of the steep <br /> slope, covering cleared area with a layer of non-woven filter fabric (Mirafi 14ONS), and <br /> covering the liner with a minimum 10-inch layer of 2-to-6-inch rock spalls." This <br /> recommendation was actually meant for the case where there is groundwater seeping out <br /> of the lower portion of the slope.
