Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> NON STRUCTURAL <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The location of the adjacent grade should be shown on the elevations on Sheet A2. Section <br /> R106.1.1 <br /> 2. Rim Joists, blocking and interior wall support within floor/ceiling assemblies should be <br /> shown on Section A/A2. Section R106.1.1 <br /> 3. The posts for the isolated spread footings shown on the foundation plan on Sheet A3 <br /> should be shown supporting the beams. Section R106.1.1 <br /> 4. Some of the STHD 14 holddowns are located at foundation vents. The vents should not <br /> be located closer than a 1/2 inch to any holddown per Simpson installation requirements. <br /> 5. The anchor bolts in detail 6/A3 should be revised to minimum 5/8" diameter per the <br /> shearwall schedule notes on Sheet A8. <br /> 6. The one-hour fire-resistive separation between dwelling units should be delineated on the <br /> plans. The walls must continue up to the underside of the roof sheathing of the storage <br /> sheds on each side of the wall (if that is the locatie of the separation).
