(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and the Everett Public Facilities District to establish a loan agreement for the acquisition of a video scoreboard for XFINITY Arena. (2) Adopt the Resolution concerning 2015 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan, other funding sources, project implementation, and adoption of the 2015-2019 Consolidated plan authorizing the Mayor to sign and submit these documents with the application. (Action and public hearing 5-6-15) (3) CB 1504-11 — 1st Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing an Everett Water Utility Committee and repealing Ordinance No. 1604-89. (3rd and final reading on 5-13-15). CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt the Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$947,167.78 for the period of April 11, 2015 through April 17, 2015. (5) Authorize the closure of various streets in downtown Everett (see attached map) for a Cruzin to Colby Car Cruise on May 24, 2015, May 29, 2016, and May 28, 2017, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Car Show on May 25, 2015, May 30, 2016, and May 29, 2017, 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., sponsored by the Seattle Rod-Tiques Car Club. (6) Authorize the closure of Wall Street, Hoyt to Colby, for a Danger Busters event on May 9, 2015, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., sponsored by Imagine Children's Museum. (7) Authorize the closure of 6613 Lowell Larimer Road to 8133 Lowell Larimer Road for a Charitable Walk-a-Thon on May 9, 2015, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., sponsored by MWA LLC.
