ACTION ITEMS: (8) CB 1504-10 — 3rd and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2015 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3414-14. (9) Approve the Lawsuit Settlement with Marco Ortiz in the amount of$105,000.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM for the design and construction support services for the Water Filtration Plant Operations Building Seismic Retrofit Project in the amount of$185,400.00. (11) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Workforce Development Council Snohomish County for space.at Everett Station. (12) Authorize Mayor to sign Magnet Forensics End-User License Agreement and Cost Estimate in the amount of$2,374.01, including Washington State Sales Tax. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement between the Everett Police Department and the Pierce County Sheriff Department to provide law enforcement at the 2015 U.S. Open Golf Tournament, in the amount of$17,608.00. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Coalition for Charitable Choice to process employee payroll donations as part of the City of Everett Employees Charitable Giving Campaign.
