D., P.E.—Geotechnical Engineer(as needed) <br /> • Cris Castro, P.E.—Cost estimates, reporting, and contract documents <br /> • Paul Flury—AutoCAD <br /> The following tasks are planned for this work. <br /> • Task 01 — Project Management <br /> • Task 02—Pre-design <br /> • Task 03— Design <br /> • Task 04—Bid Period Services <br /> • Task 05—Construction Period Services <br /> • Task 06—Undefined Services <br /> Task 1 —Project Management <br /> Project management activities will be coordinated and directed with the goals of <br /> completing all work within budget, schedule, and City objectives and expectations. <br /> Coordination and liaison with the City will be on a regular basis to ensure that these <br /> objectives are met. <br /> AECOM will perform the following project management activities: <br /> • Identify internal resources and optimize manpower <br /> • Provide direction to staff and maintain the budget and schedule <br /> • Implement technical direction and guidelines given by the City <br /> • Review and check all work completed by AECOM <br /> • Coordinate and attend meetings with the City <br /> Progress, schedule and budget will be monitored weekly. Invoices will be generated <br /> every four weeks. Monthly progress reports will be completed as cover letters for <br /> invoices. They will summarize task progress, identify tasks for next month and show <br /> used and available budgets.
