� 0 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> Task 1 Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly invoicing with progress report <br /> • Project schedule <br /> Task 2—Pre-design <br /> The Pre-design task will include several subtasks that are described in detail below. <br /> Subtask 2.1 —Documents Review <br /> AECOM will review the following documents that have been or will be made available by <br /> the City: <br /> • Plan drawings; <br /> • Technical specifications; <br /> • Structural calculations; <br /> • City of Everett, Water Filter Plant Operations Building, Building Assessment and <br /> Upgrade (G&E Engineering Systems, Inc., September 28, 2012); <br /> • Overall WFP Study; and <br /> • HMGP, January 2012 Severe Winter Storm Flooding, Mudslides, and Landslides <br /> (City of Everett, 2012). <br /> As part of this subtask, AECOM will perform a limited tabletop study to validate the <br /> Operations Building seismic deficiencies. The tabletop study will include preparing an <br /> ASCE 41-13 Tier 1 checklist for the WFP Operations Building. <br /> Subtask 2.2—Kick-off Meeting and Site Investigation <br /> AECOM will meet with the City at a kick-off meeting to discuss the following topics: <br /> • Performance objectives; <br /> • Seismic deficiencies identified during the limited tabletop study; <br /> • Seismic upgrade design criteria; <br /> • Plant operations level of service; <br /> • Establishment of priorities; and <br /> • Operational constraints (e.g., spatial, timelines, etc.). <br /> On the same day as the kick-off meeting, it is assumed that AECOM will also conduct a <br /> site investigation to confirm or to obtain necessary as-built information. Based on the <br /> tabletop study results, AECOM may request that the City provide some observation <br /> holes for determining the as-built condition. Limited material demolition may be <br /> required. Prior to the site investigation, AECOM will provide the City with location(s) of <br /> the observation opening(s).
