Provide detail drawing for anchor strap and anchoring fitting to concrete piers. E. Specifications 1. Provide technical and material specifications for carrier pipe, anchors, and work from barges in WSDOT format for inclusion into the City's Project Manual. F. Cost Estimate 1. Provide cost estimate for recommended work. Deliverables: • 2 hardcopies, 1 PDF & 1 Word file for Design Memo. • Electronic detail drawing CAD files in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015 format&signed PDF file. • Proposed schedule for major tasks. Assumptions: • City to request BNSF record drawings. • Detailed load bearing analysis for attaching to concrete piers will not be required. • No environmental permits required as long as slough bottom isn't disturbed. Ill. Items Not Included in this Task Agreement: The following services are not included in this Task Agreement. If, during the course of the project, the need for any of these services is identified, an adjustment to this Scope of Work will be heeded. • Topographic field survey. • Construction survey. • Structural calculations regarding adequacy of existing bridge or ability to accommodate carrier pipe and anchors, other than calculating material weights. IV. Project Milestones: 1. Provide detailed schedule including, at"a minimum, following milestones: a. Start, draft design memo, draft details, draft specifications and final documents due. V. Proposal Price 1. Proposal price will be determined based on consultants estimated level of effort hours submitted times Consultants multipliers plus expenses.
