Lack of comment on the submitted site plan and storm drainage report does not constitute <br /> approval of these submittals. The City of Everett does not conduct detailed stormwater reviews of <br /> documents until after a project has received a land use approval. <br /> 17.All driveways and sidewalks must be installed to satisfy ADA regulations. <br /> 18.Provide and get approval for traffic control prior to any interruptions to the local street network. <br /> 19.The Primary construction access point for the site shall be from 23`i Dr SE. <br /> 20.Provide ADA-approved ramps at all crosswalks.Receiving ramps may be required to be upgraded <br /> to meet ADA standards if they do not meet them already. <br /> 21.The access point requires a stop sign. All roadways and driveways must meet City of Everett <br /> Design Standards. <br /> 22.Provide pedestrian access to City sidewalks. <br /> 23. All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50' of the right-of-way shall be <br /> MilTCD compliant. <br /> 24.The parking layout must be consistent with City of Everett Standards. <br /> 25.A minimum width of 20' is required for all access aisles for parking access,measured from curb <br /> to curb or back of parking space. <br /> 26.Parking spaces shall be a minimum of 18.5' long in front of the garages. <br /> 27.The dumpster locations must be verified with the refuse company and may not be located in <br /> required parking spaces. <br /> 28.This project will be subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3387-14 <br /> (codified as EMC 18.40)and subsequent revision.The applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br /> the Ordinance and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to <br /> building permit application.
