• <br /> 2. A Demolition Permit for each building being removed must be obtained at the Permit Counter <br /> prior to any demolition on-site. In addition,all existing water services will need to be capped at <br /> the back side of the existing meter and a Utility Permit for side sewer cap-off must be obtained <br /> with the demo permit to cap the sewer at the property line prior to demolition of the building. <br /> 3. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development <br /> shall be submitted to the Public Works Department,showing site parking layout,landscaping, <br /> utilities,storm drainage,temporary construction erosion and sedimentation control(TESC),and <br /> all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed and <br /> approved before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 4. The construction plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a licensed State of <br /> Washington land surveyor. <br /> 5. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 6. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 7. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted <br /> to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> , 8. The water main should be a loop from 19th Ave SE and connecting to the City of Everett water <br /> stub on the south side of the property. <br /> 9. A DCVA will be required on the domestic water line for plumbing over 30' in height. <br /> 10.A DCVA will be required on any proposed irrigation service. <br /> 11. An oil/water separator will be required for the car washing station.All runoff must be routed to <br /> the oil/water separator and then to the sanitary sewer. <br /> 12.The City will be adopting new stormwater management standards to become effective on <br /> 1/1/2017. For this project,stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the standards in effect <br /> at the time a complete building permit application is submitted to the City. <br /> 13. The project type will be considered multiple-family and applicable source-control BMPs will be <br /> required to prevent the introduction of pollutants into the site's stormwater system. <br /> 14, On-site stormwater management BMPs are encouraged for this site. However,any BMPs that are <br /> used to achieve compliance with Minimum Technical Requirement#7 for flow control shall be <br /> strictly designed in accordance with all applicable design criteria.
