Emergent vegetation is required in the second cell of water quality treatment ponds if the <br /> depth of the cell is two feet or less. <br /> The second cell is greater than 2.0 ft deep. <br /> f. A secondary/emergency overflow must be provided for the proposed wetpond. The <br /> overflow can either be a spillway, with appropriate downstream flow path, or birdcage <br /> riser structure. <br /> A birdcage riser structure has been added. <br /> g. If no access road is provided into the pond the fence adjacent to the drive aisle should be <br /> removable to facilitate pond cleaning. A second gate may provide sufficient access. <br /> A second access gate has been added for maintenance. <br /> h. Provide a detail for the wetpond overflow standpipe. <br /> Detail has been provided. <br /> i. Please provide an Operations and Maintenance(O&M)manual as a standalone document, <br /> identified as the O&M manual for the project, which can be retained by the owner(HOA) <br /> and in city records. The manual must contain the following information in a prominent <br /> location: <br /> See the Attached O&M manual as requested. <br /> i. The party responsible for maintenance and operation, <br /> The Cover sheet indicates the Owner as the responsible party. <br /> ii. The requirement for the O&M Manual to be retained on or within reasonable <br /> access to the site, <br /> The Maintenance Checklist outlines that the O&M manual and <br /> plan be kept on site. <br /> CP-age 4 of 6 <br />
