Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov, or <br /> the other reviewers listed depending on the scope of the question. Please note that these <br /> comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works (civil) plans only. <br /> The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building Department and/or <br /> the Planning Department for architectural or other types of drawings. <br /> a Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br /> resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https://everettwa.gov/Permits or at the <br /> Permit Counter-2nd Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> ii. Plans: (2) sets of revised civil and landscape plans plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report *ONLY IF POND <br /> CHANGES, otherwise approved currently. See redlines for clarity. <br /> iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal <br /> description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this <br /> form, please email Sabrina at SFandler@everettwa.gov.
