In this <br /> report, we concluded that the proposed development was feasible. We recommended that the eastern <br /> garage foundation and entire wall be designed as a retaining/debris catchment wall due to the proximity of <br /> the proposed garage to the sloping area and a concrete rubble wall above. We now understand that the <br /> garage location and orientation has been changed since our initial report and we have been requested to <br /> provide updated foundations recommendations. <br /> We understand that the proposed garage location has been moved north and west from the prior location <br /> and rotated slightly to the west. The southeastern portion of the garage is proposed to be located <br /> approximately 18 feet west of the eastern property line and the neighboring concrete rubble wall, and at <br /> least seven feet from the toe of the moderately sloping area directly below the concrete rubble wall. <br />
