Due to the unengineered and potentially unstable nature of the concrete rubble wall above the <br /> proposed structure, we recommend that this wall be periodically monitored for any indications of <br /> instability. If any indications of instability are observed, NGA should be promptly notified to provide <br /> alternative stabilization recommendations. All other recommendations provided in our previous report be <br /> thoroughly reviewed and incorporated into the overall design and construction of the project. <br /> We trust this memorandum should satisfy your needs at this time.
