This billing activity requires the monitoring of COE data bandwidth <br /> utilization. The scope of this monitoring expressly prohibits capture, viewing or otherwise sharing data <br /> content unless required by law. <br /> • <br /> Bandwidth data is measured from COE's activated network interface port on SCDIS interne colocation <br /> gateway switch, and recorded in a log file every 1 minute. At the end of each month, the samples are <br /> sorted from highest to lowest, and the top 5% of bandwidth utilization data is discarded. The next <br /> highest measurement (95th percent)becomes the billable utilization for the month. <br /> These graphs will be made available on COE's colocation web service portal provided by SCDIS.
